1. Artwork Approvals

Before launching print runs on our Heidelberg offset presses, Suneel Printers requires client approval on PDF or printed proofs. Suneel Printers is not liable for typographical errors or layout misalignments present in files approved by the customer.

2. Color Calibration

While we guarantee top-tier industrial ink registration, minor variance in color matches may occur between digital display monitors and physical paper stocks. Standard CMYK or Pantone specifications will be followed to minimize differences.

3. Production & Delivery Timeline

Production turnaround runs begin only after final proof approval and downpayment verification. Delivery schedules are subject to raw material availability and local transportation routes in Mandi Gobindgarh, Khanna, Fatehgarh, and Amloh.

4. Custom Die-Cuts & Waste Factors

For custom packaging boxes, folding cartons, and labels, a standard structural tolerance of 1-2mm is expected due to thermal expansion in automatic die-cutters.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Given the bespoke nature of printed materials, order cancellations cannot be authorized once plating and printing runs have initiated.
